That is an Entrecard widget. Entrecard is a new media to promote your blog or site through the widget. Created by Graham Langdom, the man behind The Million Dollar Wiki. This widget is not just to promote your blog/site but also could creating money.

How Entrecard works is so simple. After you are become a member, you only put an Entrecard html code to your blog and might start to promote your blog.
