Insomnia oh insomnia...

Since I’ve got a new toy (I call it a new armor ;p) I feel my insomnia is getting worst day by day. I have been sleep only 2-3 hours every night. Therefore I start to search what is insomnia exactly. And this is what I got ‘what is insomnia is’ from many web site over internet.

Insomnia is main problem of sleep disorder. Insomnia is a condition difficulty of falling asleep, not enough length of sleep time and poor quality of sleep. Some signs and symptoms of insomnia are :
- difficulty falling asleep
- Difficulty staying asleep or waking up too early
- Waking up feeling tired, even after a full night’s sleep
- Daytime fatigue or sleepiness
- Inability to concentrate
- Irritability
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Forgetfulness

There are many causes of insomnia :
- drinking caffeine and/or alcohol before bedtime
- stress and depression
- antidepressant consume
- stay up at night
- etc

By these short descriptions about insomnia above, now I know how and why does I get insomnia. Drinking caffeine and stay up at night are the main causes of my insomnia. I love coffee since its became a best friend while I do my work. Or do I stress or depression? I don’t know for sure. But I don’t think so.

I also know how I heal or reduce my insomnia. Now I’ll try to change my lifestyle especially to stop my bad habit (stay up at night).

    Insomnia is such a thin that exhausts a person more than hard work!! used to have it not long ago... - horror!

    @patricia : yes it's kind of horror while everybody sleeping we're just stay up without knowing what we have to do. Thx for yr support..
